We carefully model our AI, Alex, to perform like your best advisor. Alex then contacts each lead via SMS/WhatsApp, re-engaging and nurturing them to deliver all their required documents and answering any questions that arise, inside and outside of business hours.

Leads Upload Documents

Documents are uploaded through an encrypted, secure application requiring a unique login for each user. Customers can stagger their uploads at their convenience as they gather the required information. Once all documents are successfully uploaded, your sales team is notified.

Completed Leads Returned to Client

After successfully uploading all the required documents to their secure application, your sales team are notified and promoted to progress the application. Leads with incomplete document uploads are re-engaged by our AI advisor Alex until the process is fully completed.

Commission Paid on Performance

At Upload This Way, we operate on a performance basis. Once we agree on an affordable flat rate per completed document collection, we start working our magic. This performance-based payment model keeps our clients’ costs low and our incentive to succeed high. It’s really that simple!
